The retreats are offered during the week or on weekends, lasting from three to six full days.

It is an opportunity to soothe the mind, revitalize the body, and restore deep energy, while also acquiring new knowledge in a spirit of sharing.
Inspired primarily by the principles of Ayurveda and Kundalini Yoga, these experience offer a journey where transformation and well-being meet. The days are structured around sessions of breathing, meditation, and body movements tailored to the participants, along with various activities that guide toward deep serenity and renewed mental clarity. Participants enjoy balanced vegetarian cuisine or monodiets to ease the digestive system and stimulate natural detoxification. For even deeper relaxation, massages are also available as an option.
