"NOTHING IS CONTAINING US EXCEPT OUR THOUGHTS
NOTHING LIMITS US EXCEPT OUR FEARS
NOTHING CONTROLS US EXCEPT OUR BELIEFS"
There is no better or worse life; it all depends on how we live it. By acting automatically and unconsciously, we accumulate physical and mental impurities, through our diet and also through our senses. These impurities gradually settle in the body and mind, disturbing our inner harmony and causing us to lose control of our state. We become a reflection not only of what we absorb but also of what we fail to eliminate. Over time, these accumulations affect our organs, systems, and mind, creating an imbalance that paves the way for illness.
STRESS
Since childhood, the brain is subjected to the stress of education, societal demands, and various traumas. In adulthood, it operates in automatic mode, without questioning its actions. Gradually, we drift away from full consciousness. Moreover, today, neurons are constantly stimulated by physical and intellectual inputs. All of this leads to brain overload caused by a multitude of information, communications, and immediate pleasures, placing the brain under pressure and generating constant yet unconscious stress. In the short term, this stress creates an illusion of "normality." But in the long term, it becomes chronic, draining the individual by affecting sleep, attention, food choices, and relationships. This prevents us from living healthily, promotes the onset of physical and mental illnesses, and pushes us toward self-destructive behaviors.
ADDICTIONS
Addictions reveal a great difficulty in managing our emotions when faced with life's uncertainties and result from a loss of mental control, making us reactive and fragmented. Influenced by our emotional wounds, repressed traumas, and bad habits, we seek escape through various forms of excessive consumption and activities. These behaviors cause an overproduction of dopamine (immediate pleasure), endorphins (lightness and well-being), and adrenaline (energy and power), creating an illusion of well-being. These escapes become mechanisms of evasion, pushing us to seek these sensations more and more. At the same time, the body, overwhelmed by hormonal overproduction and imbalanced in its overall functioning, creates a sense of deprivation, which then transforms into a physical need, leading us into an infernal spiral of compulsive consumption and stimulation.
How to get out of it?
Integrating a holistic lifestyle, by replacing bad habits with new ones and combining them with a deep understanding of physiological and psychological mechanisms, gradually helps to dismantle toxic patterns that influence our behaviors. Through the regular practice of various techniques, the nervous system is strengthened, and hormonal secretions are balanced, promoting the regeneration of the body. This process leads to lasting mental stability and the restoration of well-being.

THIS IS THE ONLY WAY TO MAINTAIN HEALTH AND LIVE HAPPY."
