"ALL PHYSICAL AND PSYCHIC SUFFERING COMES FROM IGNORANCE,
PERFECT HAPPINESS STARTS FROM KNOWLEDGE."
The human being relies on a network of organs, three neural centers, and the respiratory system. Their continuous communication, through biochemical, electrical, and vibrational signals, shapes our mental, emotional, and physiological state. According to Ayurveda, when these systems function in coherence with the 5 senses and the 5 elements of nature, health and inner stability are strengthened.
BRAIN/THOUGHT "I ACT" - HEART/LOVE "I FEEL" - BELLY/WILL "I DECIDE"
THE MIND
It results from the brain’s neuronal activity and from the network of circuits connecting synapses, neurotransmitters and the regions involved in thought, memory and perception. It continuously processes internal and external information and serves as the interface through which we interpret reality. Its functioning depends on the ego, the personal identity, as well as internal factors such as emotions, beliefs, buried memories and subconscious patterns. The environment, relationships and lived experiences also shape its responses. The three dimensions of the mind (cognitive, emotional and instinctive) orient our thoughts, behaviours and choices. They generate automatisms and impulses that become embedded in the subconscious and the unconscious. When imbalanced, the mind becomes reactive: the ego takes over, interpretations become rigid and behaviours turn automatic, creating a disconnect from the deeper needs of consciousness. When stabilised, it becomes a tool for regulation, discernment and clarity, supporting a way of acting that is more conscious, coherent and aligned.
THE LOVE
Loving is not limited to a fleeting emotion, as feelings, often unstable and subject to inner fluctuations, are merely illusions of the mind and manipulations of the ego. When the mind is freed from disturbances, true love emerges, opening us to forgiveness, compassion, and empathy. This love creates a deep harmony between the body and the mind. It frees us from psychological troubles, bringing clarity and serenity while aligning every action with consciousness. Loving is the existential truth we must cultivate to preserve our health and open ourselves to healing.
