OUTDOOR ACCOMPANIMENT
THE WALK
Practiced in forest, plains, or pre-Alpine areas, in any weather, a simple or engaged walk, silent or spoken, becomes a framework of presence and gentle transformation. A regulating accompaniment, adapted to the rhythm and the need of the moment, defined together in advance.
Ordinary walk
Reflection and analysis within a fluid space of dialogue, supported by movement.
Silent walk
To calm the mind, strengthen presence, and refine inner listening.
Challenge walk
To step out of the comfort zone in order to meet one’s limits and develop grounding and confidence.
Conscious walk
Yogic practices and meditation in nature.
COLD BATHS
The accompaniment offers an immersion in a natural environment, such as a lake, river, or wild body of water, chosen and prepared in advance. It aims for a powerful and concrete realignment. The body regains its role as a reference point, the mind recenters, and the person experiences a renewed sense of inner solidity. Each session is adapted, prepared, and guided with precision, in full respect of individual limits and capacities. Exposure to cold activates the body’s natural mechanisms of regulation and adaptation (homeostasis and adaptive response). The effects are often immediate. The cold leaves no room for mental escape. It brings you here, now.
VIA FERRATA
The accompaniment is offered on easy routes (level 1 to 2), accessible and fully secured. Permanently attached, supported by the equipment and the guidance, the body can dare where the mind hesitates. The experience acts directly on fear management, presence in the moment, and the feeling of inner solidity. It allows one to face new sensations, to push personal limits within a safe framework, and to strengthen self-confidence and trust in one’s abilities. Each outing is chosen in advance, according to level, physical condition, and the intention defined together.
E-BIKE TOUR
This is a recreational ride in nature, with a maximum duration of around 3 hours, including breaks, conversation, or a picnic, as agreed in advance. This tour is not a sporting performance. Movement, gentle speed, and nature create a feeling of freedom and mental openness. A light cardio activity that supports circulation, breathing, and physical well-being. The objective is the pleasure of connection with the environment and the freedom of simply being on the move, together, here and now.
